How Am I Qualified to Coach You?

Here's a thought I imagine may be running through your mind: What qualifies me to coach you?

I can quote you the number of training hours I have accumulated, the results I have generated, the money I have raised, the degrees I have amassed, the people I know, the places I've been, the languages I have learned (and forgotten). Those pieces are all important.

But what I think is most important is that I own being a beautiful mess. I fall down ALL THE TIME, and I have become really good at getting back up again. I've had cancer, I have severe hearing loss, I have experienced clinical depression, I've lost a child, and I have made it through all of it. Man, have there ever been times I have felt like giving up, but I keep on learning new ways to get up again. I am hopelessly hopeful.

As a hopeless hopeful, I will support you as you fumble beautifully toward your dreams. Because within that fumbling there is so much to uncover and love.

I've had tons of help along the way, and I want to pay it forward. I'm in awe of life. Coaching is a tremendous way to generate more awe. It's holographic: I learn from you, you learn from me, I learn from you, you learn from me, and the beauty and potential blossoms exponentially.

What is this exquisite ride we are all experiencing together? Frankly, I have no idea, but I approach it with reverence, irreverence, joy, and tremendous respect. I also look to the natural world for a ton of guidance.

I'd love to work with you to help you craft your beautiful mess: meet your goals (or find a new direction along the way), create new perspective, tap into your inner wisdom, shed an identity that doesn't fit anymore, get up from the inevitable fall. Drop me a line at to connect.
