How to Create Change

Frankly, the word itself is daunting, overwhelming. 

One guy I talked to the other day told me he doesn't think people can change. His response made me smile inwardly because he creates massive change for people for a living. 

The more I learn about change, the more I know it is possible, and notably, there are two key ingredients for making it as stress-free as possible.

  1. Interrogate your currently reality to determine the distance that stands between you and the desired change. 
  2. Determine the microchanges that you need to put into place and build on to reach your goal. The smaller the change the better.
