Frankly, the word itself is daunting, overwhelming.
One guy I talked to the other day told me he doesn't think people can change. His response made me smile inwardly because he creates massive change for people for a living.
The more I learn about change, the more I know it is possible, and notably, there are two key ingredients for making it as stress-free as possible.
- Interrogate your currently reality to determine the distance that stands between you and the desired change.
- Determine the microchanges that you need to put into place and build on to reach your goal. The smaller the change the better.
